This role serves as a highly relational leader, providing oversight for both volunteer engagement and organizational support at Refuge Clinic. Responsibilities include recruiting, equipping, and engaging volunteers; supporting staff leaders in aligning people and volunteer strategies with the clinic’s mission; and fostering a positive, mission-driven culture that strengthens both community impact and organizational effectiveness.

The Fund Development and Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events to support the organization's financial goals, while also cultivating relationships with donors and sponsors. This role includes managing event logistics, donor communications, and assisting in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies.
